About Me
Hello, I'm Luba
I am a clinical naturopath. A little about who I am.
With doctors, nurses and pharmacists throughout my family, studying Biomedical Science seemed like a natural path. Following my degree, I spent 14 years working within a medical research institute, supporting research in a neuroscience laboratory.
It wasn't until 2017, 2 years after my own cancer diagnosis, that my journey shifted. The experience fundamentally changed the way I viewed healthcare – I came to believe that people deserve to feel heard, cared for and genuinely supported – not simply moved from one appointment to the next.

The pandemic further deepened this perspective and prompted me to reconsider my path – I left the field of medical research and embarked on a new chapter in holistic medicine, bringing together my scientific background, personal experience and genuine desire to understand and support each person as an individual.
I firmly believe that when given the right support, your body is able to restore balance. To understand what may be contributing to how you feel, we will go through your nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, environment and overall wellbeing.
My approach is grounded in both science and naturopathic principles – gentle and individualised, with a focus on thoughtful, personalised care and creating a space where you feel heard, understood and genuinely cared for.
I take the time to listen, understand your unique needs and work alongside you to support your health in a way that feels realistic, sustainable and right for you.
